FAQs

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We don’t own or operate a single, fixed fleet. Instead, we’re a charter brokerage—meaning we have access to thousands of vetted aircraft worldwide. This gives us the flexibility to find the exact right aircraft for each trip based on your destination, passenger count, timing, and preferences, rather than trying to fit you into whatever happens to be sitting in our hangar.

  • A good broker does more than just book your flight—we manage every detail from start to finish, so you don’t have to lift a finger. Because we’ve spent over 25 years building trusted relationships with top operators worldwide, we often secure preferred pricing and aircraft access that others simply can’t. That means you get the right aircraft, at the right price, with a seamless experience from wheels up to wheels down.

  • Private air travel saves you time, stress, and hassle. You choose your schedule, skip crowded terminals and security lines, and fly directly to thousands of airports that commercial airlines don’t serve. Your aircraft is reserved just for you and your guests, with personalized service, privacy, and comfort from departure to arrival. It’s not just about luxury—it’s about efficiency, flexibility, and making the journey as enjoyable as the destination.

  • Ideally 5–7 days ahead, but we regularly accommodate next-day—or even same-day—trips when needed.

  • Pricing depends on the type of aircraft, the flight time, and how many people are flying. Whether you’re planning a short regional trip or a longer cross-country mission, we tailor each quote to fit your needs. Most one-way private flights fall somewhere between $8,000 and $40,000, with shared costs often comparable to first-class—just without the hassle. Every trip is different. Reach out to our sales team, and we’ll walk you through the options that make the most sense for you.

  • We can source everything from small turboprops to long-range jets. It depends on your destination, passenger count, and budget—and we’ll guide you to the best fit.

  • Yes. Just let us know ahead of time so we can match you with the right aircraft for your gear (or your pup).

  • For domestic flights, a valid ID is all you need. For international trips, all passengers must have passports.

  • You’ll pull up to a private terminal, usually park right at the door, and walk straight onto the plane. No security lines. No boarding groups. Just fly.

  • Each operator has their own cancellation terms. We’ll explain those clearly up front and always advocate on your behalf if things change.

  • Absolutely. That’s actually one of the smartest ways to fly—we’ll help you break down costs per seat if needed.

  • Yes. Whether you’re flying same-day or staying overnight, we’ll help design the most efficient and cost-effective flight plan.

  • Safety is our top priority. We only work with FAA Part 135-certified operators who meet strict requirements for maintenance, crew training, and regulatory compliance. All pilots are highly experienced, type-rated, and meet or exceed FAA-mandated flight time and safety standards. We thoroughly vet every operator we work with—and if they don’t meet our expectations, we don’t book them. Your peace of mind is non-negotiable.

  • We’re not a giant brokerage pushing volume. We’re relationship-first, people-driven, and based right here at PDK. Whether it’s your first flight or your fiftieth, you’re never just another booking to us.
